Can I continue to use the free version after creating 10 files?
After creating 10 files, upgrading your plan will be suggested when saving or creating new files. Nevertheless, opting not to upgrade will still allow access to previously created content.
Will the VIP plan renew automatically when it expires?
Monthly and annual subscription plans will automatically renew when the membership period expires, and you can cancel at any time during the subscription period. Also, we will not offer a lifetime plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel auto-renewal, contact us at support@gitmind.com or visit the Contact Us section at the bottom of the page.
Can I still use my files after canceling my subscription?
After canceling your subscription, your account will return to a free status. However, you will retain access to the files you created before.
Can I upgrade to an annual plan after purchasing a monthly plan?
You can upgrade by contacting us at support@gitmind.com or by visiting the Contact Us section at the bottom of the page, and we'll handle the upgrade for you.
How can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
GitMind offers a 30-day refund guarantee (7 days for monthly VIP). If you meet the refund conditions, you can contact us for a refund. Refunds for GitMind credits are calculated based on the credits consumed. Check out the GitMind Refund Policy for detailed refund ratios.
