Bug Fixes:
- A large loop in the OpenSafety dissector could cause a crash. 
- A malformed IKE packet could consume excessive resources.
- A malformed capture file could result in an invalid root tvbuff and cause a crash. 
- Wireshark could run arbitrary Lua scripts.
