What's new in this version:

Build 220
- Fixed a bug that prevented diffing in the root directory
- Added contect lines above current diff
- Tweaked some things in the language DLLs

Build 222
- Switched from InstallShield Express to InnoSetup at the suggestion of Peter Becker
- Now outputs traditional DIFF text to file called Diff.txt in the executable directory
- Now checks for file descriptor>0 when checking for binary files
