Transparent Note is a notetaking app optimized for use on Windows 10/11 PCs. The core feature of this app is its ability to make all notes sticky on the desktop and make them as transparent as the user likes.

This approach to note-taking can help users set the visibility status of their notes in such a way that they don’t need to move and manage other windows on their desktop when writing or reading notes and can instead access transparent notes that are placed on top of the other important apps.

Yes, while Transparent Note can create sticky notes that can be placed all around the desktop surface, it can also pin them,so they are always visible. With this feature, users can set up their desktop with all the apps and windows necessary for their daily workflow and remain in touch with their important notes and be a simple click away from writing a new note.  For example, if all desktop surface is already taken by various windows and an active Zoom call session, PC users now have the ability to place a highly transparent note directly on a Zoom video player!

User Interface is almost non-existent, but in this case, that is a good thing. New notes can be resized to any size, from small postage stamps to a window big enough to hold very long notes. On the bottom of each note are two important options: “Always on top” checkbox, and the “Opacity” scale.
