What's new in this version:

New features:
- set tagging method per location
- move tag groups with drag and drop
- allow to change the order of the tags on a tagged file or folder with drag and drop
- added file duplicate feature - the newly created files get automatically two new tags: copy and the current date and time (old_file_name [tag1].txt -> old_file_name [tag1 copy 20210702~183456].txt)
- add "Apply tag" feature to the tag's menu in the tag library, allowing you to add a tag to selected files without drag and drop
- new optional WYSIWYG markdown editor added as editor and viewer extension
