Snipaste 64-bit is a simple but powerful snipping tool for Windows PC, and also allows you to pin the screenshot back onto the screen.

Download and start the application, press F1 to start snipping, then press F3 to paste it as a floating window.

How to Use
  • Launch the app from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut
  • Press F1 to enter snipping mode (default hotkey)
  • Click and drag to select the area you want to capture
  • Press Enter to confirm the snip
  • Use the annotation tools to edit the snip if needed
  • Press F3 to paste the snip as a floating window
  • Use right-click menu to pin, zoom, or close the snip
  • Customize hotkeys and settings in Preferences
  • Save or copy the snip as needed
