Shapr3D is a streamlined 2D/3D modeling app that allows designers and CAD engineers to quickly realize their dreams with simple and elegant tools for 3D object manipulation, material selection, illumination, and camera controls.

  • 2D Sketching and Constraints
  • 3D Solid Modeling
  • Augmented Reality Viewer
  • Technical drawings
  • Visualization
With one app, users of all 3D modeling proficiency levels are empowered to create stunning finalized product shots, architectural designs, school projects, and 3D sketches that can be used not only for project experimentation and design discussions but also for final deployment to the web or clients.

With full support for production-ready 2D design drawings, 3D visualization with realistic and eye-catching surface materials, and full project synchronization with all supported platforms, Shapr3D represents one of the most streamlined modeling apps currently available on the market.

After years on the market and numerous awards and accolades, Shapr3D is today used by more than 1 million users from all four corners of the world, including large companies such as 3M, ABB, Kenwood, Dometic, and Markforged.

The most important core feature of the Shapr3D application is its unification of various stages of project development into a single editing environment. Users can start with rough sketches, formalize their designs with precise 3D graphs, move to a 3D exploration of design, assign publishing-ready materials, rendering effects, and lightning, and create final renders all within one simple-to-use app.

Concepts of all sizes, detail levels, and complexities can be realized with ease, mostly thanks to the adaptive user interface that can produce stunning visualizations in mere minutes. The version of the app for mobile devices (iPad tablets) can even place realistically rendered models into a real environment using an augmented reality service.

Shapr3D for Windows PC does not need to be used in isolation from other modeling platforms. It can become a part of professional workflows due to its comprehensive compatibility with a wide array of industry CAD formats and import/export tools. The app easily handles importing SLDPRT, STL, STEP, IGES, X_T, 2D DWG, 2D DXF, JPG, and PNG files, and can export projects using X_T, STEP, STL, OBJ, 2D DXF, 2D DWG, IGES, 3MF, and SVG formats.

All users of Shapr3D gain access to secure storage spaces where their project is automatically backed up, enabling seamless moving from PCs, laptops, and iPad tablets. And on all platforms, the app can adapt to users' needs and input methods, fully supporting mouse and keyboard controls, touch interactions, and detailed sketching with pens and Wacom tablets.
