What's new in this version:

- Universal binary for macOS
- Entering text on the category field caused a crash on macOS
- On Windows the taskbar label shows the next event (uncheck "Hide from taskbar" in Options->General)
- On Windows the taskbar thumbnail shows the upcoming events
- The time in Toodledo tasks was shown incorrectly
- Google calendar list shows now also hidden calendars
- <duetodayitem> element was not rendered correctly in the todo list
- Added a note to the editor when editing a recurring events
- Printing events with ':' in the title were shown as "<Empty>"
- Added option to ignore automatic birthday events which Google adds to the primary calendar
- Polling changes from Office365 calendar did not always merge the new events into the calendar
- Fixed a resource leak on Windows which happened on refresha and when the context menu was opened
