Poppy Playtime

Poppy Playtime is a horror/puzzle adventure game that is set in an atmospheric environment of the abandoned toy factory whose wicked toys and machines have awakened and are bent on catching anyone willing to step into their playground.



Designed as a first-person exploration title, this game very effectively establishes a horror atmosphere and interesting puzzle gameplay concepts that will satisfy all fans of the horror genre. Developed and published by MOB Games, this title currently consists only of a first chapter that is offered for purchase for a very attractive low price.

Poppy Playtime 1 is set on the premises of the Playtime Co., a once-influential toy manufacturing facility that has suddenly undergone a dramatic transformation when one day all of its workers mysteriously disappeared. After years of decay, the player finds itself inside its walls with a quest to explore its abandoned halls and uncover the truth hidden in its shadows. The main antagonist of this horror tale are the twisted dolls and toys that haunt this factory – Huggy, Bot, Catbee, Poppy, and others.



The gameplay includes exploration of the factory from 1st person perspective, with a unique interactive element. The player is equipped with the GrabPack, a mechanized tool that can extend two artificial hands attached with steel wire. This contraption can be used to manipulate objects in the environment, reach distant switches, solve puzzles by conducting electricity from one source to another, and much more.

Developers of Poppy Playtime (Chapter 1) have ambitious plans to expand this game with many additional chapters that will introduce not only new horror elements but also new gameplay opportunities. To play this game today, PC players are not required to have a strong gaming computer. The recommended hardware configuration includes any modern quadcore CPU, 8GB of RAM, GTX 1060/RX 580 graphic cards, and 10 GB of free storage space.
