What's new in this version:

Ui:
- Fixed: The latency/bandwidth result graph in Custom mode will limit its height for readability

Monitoring:
- Fixed: The real-time graph ticks on the Y-axis were inconsistent and off sometimes
- Fixed: Newer Ryzen CPUs will have their TJunction detected properly, resulting in accurate real-time monitoring bars
