What's new in this version:

New features:
- Custom Blocker rule weights can be created

Bug fixes:
- When enabling blocker rule from QuickSetter, the blocker rule weight was reset
- When enabling blocker rule from QuickSetter, it could create invalid rule whose action is None
- QuickSetter showed a check-mark on apps with no block rules (in/out columns)
- Deleting a disabled block rule using QuickSetter left the action symbol greyed out until disconnect or restart of the client (in/out columns)
- Hidden filter shown on startup
- App icon wasn't randomly loaded
- Random BSODs when system was going to Sleep mode and pending Blocker requests were present
