Intel Memory and Storage Tool (Intel MAS) is user-friendly drive management software designed for Windows PC. It enables users to access real-time drive details, carry out firmware updates, execute comprehensive diagnostic scans, perform secure erase procedures, and access SMART attributes for Intel® Optane™ SSDs through a Graphical User Interface.

What`s New

Intel Memory and Storage Tool (Intel MAS) introduces a revamped interface while preserving all the functionality and features of the Intel SSD Toolbox. Additionally, it now includes support for firmware updates for Datacenter drives.

Important Notice

Firmware updates and additional functionalities are available for Intel® Optane™ technology-based SSDs and Intel® Optane™ memory products.

The Windows download package includes both the Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Command-Line Interface (CLI) versions of the tool. If you require a Linux CLI package, please consult the Intel® Memory and Storage Tool CLI (Command-Line Interface).

Getting started

To initiate firmware updates for Intel SSDs without relying on an operating system, please access the Intel SSD Firmware Update Tool.
For the most up-to-date firmware options for Intel SSDs, verify the available firmware versions.
If you obtained your Intel SSD through an OEM, be aware that the firmware version may have unique labels. To obtain the latest firmware revisions, reach out to your local OEM representative.
If you encounter any difficulties during the firmware update process or have any concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with Intel Customer Support.
