House Flipper is a unique simulation game that puts the player into the boots of the owner of the house remodeling company who purchases old houses, renovates them, and prepares them for sale! The whole gameplay loop is focused on the process of accessing the amount of damage and aging homes can gather over time, and the hard work needed to repair and remodel ruined houses that this game presents to the player.

House Flipper is a complete simulation title where players will have to learn all the tricks and techniques for repairing and modernizing homes. At first, the player will only get small jobs from his clients to fix up small sections of their homes (cleaning, furnishing, installing heaters, showers, or air conditioners), but after a while, you will earn enough to invest in purchasing a ruined home that is perfect for the restoration project.

Remodeling deserted homes can involve many large jobs that even include demolishing walls, replacing all windows and doors, installing a brand new floor, and personally installing every piece of important house infrastructure (heating, cooling, bathrooms, etc.) and visual flourishes (furniture, garden elements, interior design). The game has a wide array of tools that players can wield master in first-person perspective (hammers, paint rollers, window cleaners, mop, plaster tools, and more).

House Flipper is one of the rare games that can unleash the player's creativity and enable them to easily build and upgrade the home of their dreams, be a perfectionist, and slowly but surely build their in-game company from the general-purpose helper service to the well-oiled renovation machine that can dramatically upgrade even the most ruinous homes.

House Flipper is distributed online via the PC gaming service Steam, enabling the players to easily download and install them with a single click of their mouse. The game does not require a strong PC to run, but for the best experience, the developers recommend at least the modern quadcore CPU and a dedicated GPU card (which means that even modern laptops can often easily run this game).
