What's new in this version:

Fixed:
- Groovy Shell having trouble evaluating script
- IllegalAccessError with package-access base class
- Unable to resolve field from a bounded type parameter
- Crash with arity generics parameter mismatch during the instruction selection phase
- Static member in enum class definition not initialized before enums created
- ClosureParams type inference compilation error when wrapping closure with object

Dependency upgrade:
- Bump logback to 1.2.11 (test dependency)
- Bump ivy to 2.5.1

Improvement:
- Static type checker does not recognize closure input parameter when implementing an interface with a map
