Fixed:
- STC misses type error when calling a vararg method
- Cannot call T#method(arg) with arguments <arg>
- STC: false positive for BiFunction and BinaryOperator with same type parameter
- Type variable inference does not work properly in nested diamond operators
- STC crashes when bound has two wildcard types as type arguments
- Cannot pass enum literal to ASTTransformationCustomizer
- PackageHelperImpl#getPackageNames unable to find package from path or jars that contains plus sign
- STC inferred type lost in nested closure
- Covariant override method regression
- Failed to parse/compile generic methods with "extends"
- Wrongly detected incompatible generic arguments for Java collections
- Cannot infer correct type argument when passing a subtype of the declared type argument

Dependency upgrade:
- Bump xstream to 1.4.19
- Bump Ant version on 2.5.X branch to 1.9.16

Improvement:
- Update ASM_API_VERSION for Groovy 2.5
