What's new in this version:

Arch fixes:
- Fix Wall onBeforeChange
- Fix dimensions in profiles.csv

Core (App and Gui) fixes:
- MainWindow document camera position bugfix
- Fix bug in matrix multiplication

Draft fixes:
- Fix Part_Line offset issue
- Added INSUNITS to exported DXF
- Security vulnerability in DWG import when using ODA file converter
- Commands acting on subelements did not load the Draft module
- Fix SVG import for ellipses
- Fix several issues with importAirfoilDAT.py
- DXF import failed for trivial circle
- PointArray: set Count property during execute

Import/Export fix:
- Fix that mm to inch calculation was performed twice on DXF import

TechDraw fixes:
- Prevent crash where user duplicates page without also duplicating dependencies
- Prevent crash where user has duplicated page without dependencies and then tries to remove a view from one of the pages by editing the Views property
- Adding a new Drawing Page leaved the Page in "touched, but must be executed state".
- Improvement and bug fixes of weld symbol selection

Web fix:
- Fix storage paths of web content
