Please note that the software does not support any Astro Series products released before the models listed above and is incompatible with the C40 TR Controller and A20 Wireless Headsets.

Selecting a Device: Upon launching the software, select the connected device from the drop-down menu.

• Once the “Get” becomes “Launch” hit the “Launch" button to launch the software.
