AnyRec Screen Recorder is a comprehensive screen recording utility for Windows OS that allows both home and business users to take full control over their desktop recording. This versatile computer app supports full-screen recording, program or browser window locking, and a wide array of additional features that can empower users of all knowledge levels to create professional and streamlined videos of their desktop with ease.
  • Record Video
  • Capture Audio
  • Take Screenshots
  • Lock Window
  • Flexible Selection
  • Lossless Recording
Videos recorded with this app do not feature any loss of visual quality, audio is of high quality, and there is no recording lag. Users can record not only regular desktop apps, but also video chat sessions in Skype or Zoom or even gaming sessions in videogames, and the final presentation can even be enhanced with mouse recording, on-screen drawing, and more.

AnyRec is distributed online as an automated installer that can be easily deployed on any home or business PC. Once up and running, users can easily discover all the streamlined tools and services that this app promotes, from the “one-click” record button to advanced features such as window locking, shortcuts, scheduled recording, and more. Some of the most widely used features are real-time drawings, trim recordings, export video clips into GIF format, and much more.

The main AnyRec UI comes in the form of a slim dashboard with three large icons for main tools (Video Recorder, Audio Recorder, and Game Recorder), with a few smaller icons for accessing features such as webcam integration, SnapShot recording, Phone integration, and more. At the very bottom of the dashboard are shortcuts for accessing Recording history, Task Scheduler, and a tool for setting the recording length.

How to Use

Step 1
Choose Video Recorder. Set the recording area as a full or custom screen.

Step 2
Enable or disable Webcam, System Sound, and Microphone options. Then click REC to start recording.

Step 3
Click Stop to end up screen recording. You can save or share your recording video freely.

Once the video recording feature is activated, the Dashboard icons transform into the second set of tools that govern the area of the video that is being recorded (Full, Custom, and the Display selector), Webcam monitoring, Audio recording (with a toggle for activating System sounds), and Microphone.

The supported formats for exporting videos (MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, F4V, TS, GIF), audio (MP3, M4A, AAC, WMA), and pictures (PNG, JPG/JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF) are comprehensive enough to satisfy even the professional users who want to integrate content recorded by this app into their school or work projects.
