Angry Birds Star Wars is a popular puzzle video game that introduces the popular gaming franchise Angry Birds to the world of Star Wars, featuring a wide set of visual flourishes, sounds, background music, and events that transpired in the cult classic science fiction franchise Star Wars.

The game covers the events of two trilogies of film that were created by Hollywood icon George Lucas, adapted into the funny, immersive, and challenging puzzle style found in earlier Angry Birds titles such as Angry Birds Space (which was the first to introduce zero-gravity puzzles into the main gameplay loop).

Originally released on PC in late 2012, this title remained offered on a wide array of gaming platforms (including all home consoles and handheld mobile devices) until 2020, when it was officially discontinued. The control scheme is unchanged and requires smart flicking skills and learning how gravity (or lack thereof) can help solve a wide array of puzzle situations found throughout this lengthy game.

As players can expect, the game starts on the desert planet of Tatooine and gives players control over popular heroes such as Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Han Solo, and others. The campaign moves through every movie stage by stage, recreating many iconic scenes such as the destruction of Death Star or flying through the asteroid fields.

Players are encouraged to experiment with their flicking skills and to smartly deploy special abilities that can be activated just before their Star Wars-themed bird hits their target. The campaign features repayable stages, bonus levels, and special prizes for successful players.
